Well to day was a national holiday in Spain, and it was Columbus day in Mexico.

Yep, that's about what today feels like so far.

Technically you are not  able to known of an apocaolypse, ahead of time.

And if it helps, the Bible says

But maybe God changed his mind since the Bible was written,

and told some people the date of the apocalypse?

There are various predictions for 2012, but when looking into the various possibilities, the number of different scenarios atounds.  Regarding somethings on this list, the fact is while I don't believe in some of these things personally, they are on the list due to the billions of folk that do believe in them. 

As 2012 approaches we are living in times with a religions come with lot of prophecies and miracles being claimed, also medical science does the same. Keep in mind, that it's all just guesswork. There is no scientific evidence that anything will happen in 2012.

When deciding many possible calamities are more likely to wipe us out in 2012, the possibility of an ancient culture predicting any of thes for 2012, must be taken into consideration. While at the same time, their actions point basically to nothing.

All we have to suggest that 2012 will be any different to 2011 or 2013 is that the Mayan Long Count calendar ends on Dec 21, 2012. The Mayans  nothing to say about what the end of the calendar held for humankind, and this suggests that they merely inherited the calendar from an earlier culture.

Maybe the alien forces will show up at our doorstop, not to save the world.

But to wind all the clocks.

Nothing Happens. What if ?

The people waste time and their lives on something that is not relevant. The odds are relative. The odds that anything or anyone predicts occuring in 2012 is low, So people believe in it more, you could call this the 2012 Inevitabilitty.

This is how you can explain it simply in an example.

The odds are not so much against any of such a phenomenon being real, but the odds of them happening if they are real, is very high.  Hence, the following statement is true. There also is litte evidence that aliens exist, but if they were to exist, but in figures an invasion in 2012 is reasonably high.

That is is this kind of thinking, that makes the 2012 Inevitability seem real to most people.

On the morning of December 22, 2012 most of us will wake up fine and happy.

The wheel is specific calendar based on the Earth and the Sun and the times of the equinoxes and the solstices. At those specific times the Earth opens and shares her energy with us. Humans observe these with holidays are to be celebrated on specific days, and have since before religion, and likely before language existed.

Although the Roman calendar correctly tracks the seasonal cycles, the church changed the days of those holidays so the natural cycle is perverted. Also the church turned those sacred days into hallmark fests.

The resultis, we miss out on the energy the Earth has to share. Our align ment is off centered. We lose much in the tragectory.

Althought the Mayan calendar seems to track the natural wheel of the year.

It is a calendar that tracks cycles much broader than the seasonal wheel, and is based on astronomical positions of the constellations.

Much depends upon how the calendar is to be taken in context. If the calendar was inherited from an ancient culture, it may or may not be useful.

The main arguement against this, is that the calendar was not grandfathred down thru assimilation of culture by the Maya. Instead, the Maya were descendants of an alien civilization. That alien bloodline came here and has an influence since the stoneage, and is likely still here.

The majority of the Bible is a copy of a text called the Enuma Elish from ancient  and was written in 4000 B.C. It is this document that is said to have the influence of the alien civilization that the Mayan calendar maybe passed down from, or is more possible proof of these other worlders coming to Earth long ago.

This alien culture is called the Anunnaki.
